Refund & Return Policy

At versouq, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item received is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at inquiry@versouq.com with order details and clear images.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and innerwear
  • Items marked as sale or final sale

Condition of Items

Approved returns must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed accordingly. Since we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be handled through a suitable method communicated to the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
